The Service is available at the Tiggdo.com website and includes everything on the website that may exist from time to time. The Service allows you to view internet services and content as assigned by you on your cell phone (collectively, the 'Content').

Objectionable Materials

You agree that you may receive notices from Tiggdo.com by any of the following methods: by email, SMS or other message to your mobile number, by postal mail, or by notice posted on the Service. Tiggdo.com reserves the right to communicate with you regarding your use of the Service.

Tiggdo.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURTHER, Tiggdo.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE TRUTH, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY STATEMENTS, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE THAT IS CONTAINED IN Tiggdo.com. IN NO EVENT WILL Tiggdo.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER THEY MAY ARISE AND EVEN IF Tiggdo.com HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
There are inherent dangers in the use of any software available for downloading on the Internet, and Tiggdo.com cautions you to make sure that you completely understand the potential risks before downloading any of the Software. You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection with any of the Software, and Tiggdo.com will not be liable for any damages that you may suffer in connection with using any of the Software.
Other Documents
These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s), except as otherwise noted. Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) or services and support that are subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Tiggdo.com.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement by arbitration.

Limitation of Liability

Tiggdo.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, Tiggdo.com ARE NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE(S) UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PRE-EXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, INTENTIONAL TORT AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) AGAINST Tiggdo.com, its agents, employees, successors, assigns or affiliates (collectively referred to as 'Tiggdo.com' for purposes of this paragraph), arising from or relating to this Agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this Agreement (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to this Agreement), Tiggdo.com' advertising, or any related purchase SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Tiggdo.com OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO ANY USER (INCLUDING YOU) OR THIRD PARTY ON ACCOUNT OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SERVICE OR MATERIALS. SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES (EVEN IF Tiggdo.com OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) AND SHALL APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Tiggdo.com OR ITS LICENSORS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACTS OF NATURE, FORCES, OR CAUSES BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INTERNET FAILURES, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT FAILURES, TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT FAILURES, OTHER EQUIPMENT FAILURES, ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURES, STRIKES, LABOR DISPUTES, RIOTS, INSURRECTIONS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, SHORTAGES OF LABOR OR MATERIALS, FIRES, FLOODS, STORMS, EXPLOSIONS, ACTS OF GOD, WAR, GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS, ORDERS OF DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN COURTS OR TRIBUNALS, NON-PERFORMANCE OF THIRD PARTIES, OR LOSS OF OR FLUCTUATIONS IN HEAT, LIGHT, OR AIR CONDITIONING.
Advertising
We reserve the right to prevent you from advertising any service or business that we believe is improper or unsuitable for your website or Tiggdo.com. Before you may advertise or promote a service on your web site you must obtain the business owners consent. Failure to remove an advert will result in disabling of your account. It is your responsibity to ensure terms of agreement of advertising are in place between you and the business or service onwer.
Content Deletion
If for any reason your account has been disabled, cancelled as decided by us or has expired then all files and data associated with the account will be deleted immediately thereafter.
